At The Craft Shop, we pride ourselves on our superior products, exceptional savings, and outstanding customer service. We want you to be happy with each purchase you make- and if that means replacing a damaged kit, or exchanging for another project, or canceling an order that hasn't shipped out yet. We'll gladly do it.
Our customer service representatives make returning products through The Craft Shop as easy as possible. If you decide to return an item, simply call our Customer Service department at
866-422-7238 (or e-mail them at
CustomerService@Thecraftshoponline.com). Call us within 7 days of merchandise receipt for return instructions and credit processing. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight charges.
Remember, all undamaged, non-defective returned products must be in their original boxes and in like-new condition. Return orders are subject to restocking or rerouting fees.
The Craft Shop currently ships to all 50 states but not to international addresses. Shipping charges are usually determined by the weight of your order, not by the destination of the shipment. The cost of shipping in normally added to the price of our products and will show up a separate line on your order summary. There are exceptions, however. If the shipping cost is included in the price of the product, it will be clearly indicated along with all the other product information. We negotiate the best deals possible with our freight carriers and pass these savings directly on to you.
Change your mind? If your order hasn't been shipped from our warehouse yet we can cancel it and reverse your charges. Once an item has been shipped, you'll have to return it (at your expense) to us. If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, call at at
866-422-7238 right away. Keep in mind that many of our products ship out the same day you order them.
